1. Review Your Notes
Go through all your notes. Take a highlighter and highlight the best parts of each talk. Re-write them in the following space, adding any additional ideas you have for taking action.
2. Create a 90-Day Plan
Based on the knowledge you gained from Leadership, create a 90-day plan for your business. Refer to any ideas you receive from the notes you took on the last page. Incorporate new ideas with the latest products released.
3. Tap into the Healthy Habits for Life Tours
Take advantage of the momentum by participating in events in your area. Invite loyal customers, sharers and builders so they, too, may feel the incredible energy that comes from these events. Incentivize them with samples of the new oils so they can try them first hand.
4. Create a Training
Using the powerful information you learned at Leadership, design a special training night for your team as soon as you get back. Go through the various tips and tricks you learned about the business that you know they can use for themselves. Use the space below to outline a training night that will inspire your builders and sharers. If you’ve never held a training night yourself, this is the perfect time to start!
5. Use Social Media
In the weeks following Leadership, post special moments, quotes, discoveries, ah-ha moments, and highlights. List your top 10 Leadership moments that you want to post about.
6. Get to Business
Jump right back into business with daily tasks and planting seeds. Use your excitement to move in fast forward! List the daily tasks you will commit to doing when you are home from Leadership.
7. Create a Newsletter
Inspire your customers with top tips, new oils, recipes ideas, and educational messages you received from Leadership.
8. Make it a Date!
Bonds are created with those you experience Leadership with. Once you’re home, plan to go out for dinner or tea so you can recap all the fun you experienced together! Send them each a special note card in the mail with your favourite memory of Leadership with them.
9. Expand Your Why
Attending Leadership can cause beliefs to grow and your WHY to shift after seeing the bigger picture. Heightening momentum after such an incredible event can be found in digging deeper into your why. Without editing yourself, why do you do dōTERRA as a business?
10. Register for Convention
You have a RUSH of excitement once Leadership is complete. Now’s the time to prepare for the NEXT big event, which is Convention in September!
